Before You Come
Where exactly is INNO100?
INNO100 is on Level 1 of the North Hall at Shenzhen Bay Culture Square, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Come in through the northeast entrance, right next to Talent Park.
Which metro station is closest?
Talent Park Station on Line 13, Exit B1 — about a 5-minute walk. Houhai Station on Line 11, Exit K2, is about a 10-minute walk. If you are coming from Hong Kong, Shenzhen Bay Port is only 2.6 km away.
When are you open?
Every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, weekends and public holidays included.
What payment methods do you accept?
RMB cash, plus WeChat Pay (including WeChat Pay HK), Alipay and UnionPay App. For cards we accept UnionPay issued anywhere in the world, and Mastercard, Visa and American Express issued overseas.
Is there an admission fee?
No. Admission to INNO100 is free.
Do I need to book in advance?
Not as an individual visitor — you can walk straight in during opening hours. Groups do need to book ahead. If you fill in the Book Your Visit form above, we will email you a visitor guide before you arrive.
Can we book a group visit?
Yes. Companies, institutions and schools can book a group visit in advance through the Book Your Visit form above. Guided tours for groups are available in Chinese or English — tell us which you would prefer in the form.
How long should I plan for a visit?
Plan for at least an hour. More than 60 percent of our visitors stay longer than an hour once they start trying things out.
What can I actually try in the store?
Over 112 global brands across 1,100 square metres, including hands-on innovations like a string-less guitar, robot dogs and an AI tennis robot. New arrivals land every week, so the floor looks different month to month.
Is there English-language help in the store?
Yes. We have English-speaking staff on the floor, and every product label and price tag is bilingual. Groups can also book an English-language guided tour. If you would like dedicated English assistance for your visit, add a note in the Book Your Visit form above and someone will get in touch.
Is INNO100 a good stop for international visitors?
Yes. We welcome more than 100 international guests a day, and INNO100 is the first officially authorised Kickstarter store in China.
